Our current dispatch time is 1-3 working days.

Our orders are sent with Royal Mail as standard - upgraded postage types can be chosen at check-out.

If you need to return an order for any reason, you have 14 days to let us know, and a further 14 days from that date to return your order to up. We are happy to accept exchanges and returns on all non-personalised orders. Any orders which contain personalisation are not eligable for returns or exchanges.
